School Registration

Before accessing VidyalayaERP, your school must be registered on the platform.

Create Your School Account

Visit the registration page on VidyalayaERP website.

Complete the registration form by entering the following information:

School Administrator Details

  • Full Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Address

School Information

  • School Name
  • School Address
  • City
  • State
  • PIN Code

Portal Information

Choose your preferred school subdomain.

Example:

greenvalleyschool

Your school portal URL will be:

https://greenvalleyschool.vidyalayaerp.com

Note: Subdomains must be unique and are subject to availability.

Submit Registration

After reviewing the information:

  1. Click Register School.
  2. Your school account request will be processed automatically.

Account Creation

Once registration is completed, VidyalayaERP automatically creates:

  • School Database
  • School Portal
  • Administrator Account
  • Mobile App Access

Receive Your Login Credentials

A welcome email will be sent to the registered email address containing:

Web Portal Access

  • School Portal URL
  • Username
  • Temporary Password

Mobile App Access

  • Android App Download Link
  • iOS App Download Link (if available)
  • School Code

Important

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes:

  • Check your Spam folder
  • Check Promotions folder
  • Contact the VidyalayaERP Support Team
