First Login

After receiving your login credentials, you can access the platform.

Login to the Web Portal

Step 1

Open your school portal URL.

Example:

https://greenvalleyschool.vidyalayaerp.com

Step 2

Enter:

• Username
• Password

Step 3

Click Login.

Upon successful authentication, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

Login to the Mobile App

Step 1

Install the VidyalayaERP Mobile App.

Step 2

Open the application.

Step 3

Enter:

• School Code [e.g. greenvalleyschool ]
• Username
• Password

Step 4

Tap Login.

You can now access the mobile features assigned to your role.

Change Your Password

For security reasons, change your temporary password immediately after your first login.

Navigate To

Profile Icon → My Profile → Change Password

Steps

• Enter Current Password
• Enter New Password
• Confirm New Password
• Click Save

Password Recommendations

Choose a password that includes:

• At least 8 characters
• Uppercase letters
• Lowercase letters
• Numbers
• Special characters

Update Your Profile Information

Keeping your profile updated ensures accurate communication and notifications.

Navigate To

Profile Icon → My Profile

Update:

• Profile Photo
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Emergency Contact Information

Click Save Changes.

Forgot Your Password?

If you are unable to log in:

• Open your school portal URL.
• Click Forgot Password.
• Enter your registered email.
• Click the reset password link received.
• Create a new password.
• Login using your new credentials.
